Why the games were created!

My son Arsene, now 7, gave me the drive to create these games. As soon as his education started, I realized that saying something did not mean it was assimilated. Unlike in my previous life as a manager in a big technology company, logic and reason were not the driving force... "Arsene, don't do this!" did not work very often (unfortunately...). I was specifically looking for way to give him the bases of social behavior.

Arsene, like all kids his age, loves to play so I thought that I could try to teach him all these important things his way. I looked on Amazon and in shops but I couldn't find anything I liked. So, I decided to create it myself, and this is how 4bambini was founded in 2003.

Don't Pick Your Nose - Etiquette for Children - was the first game of the series and was an instant hit in the stores. The topics followed the development of my child, namely Safety, at home and outside, and then Diversity, or his need to understand that we are not all the same in this world, and it is a great thing! (not an easy topic to explain to a kid).

Each game went through thorough testing with parents, teachers, doctors and psychologists to make sure we had the right words, topics and pictures for our kids to understand. All pictures are the work of Jana Fernandes (www.firstperson.cz) a Czech-canadian artist specialized in children illustrations.

Hopefully, these games will help you as much as they helped thousands of mothers here. If you use the game, please send me your comments so that I can improve the games!
